Store Policies

Shipping:  We are a small business and try our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Changes and cancellations to the order will not be possible once the order has shipped. Be sure to carefully enter your shipping information as we will not be responsible for shipments lost due to improper addresses. We will not issue any refunds for orders lost due to incorrect address information.  If a question or concern arises on our end, we will contact you the via e-mail address you’ve provided.

Sizing:  If you have any questions regarding the fit and sizing of any garment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We carry merchandise from many different sources, who all size their items differently.

Returns and Exchanges:
You may return any unworn, unwashed items in original condition, with tags still attached, within 14 days from shipping date.
You must include a copy of the receipt with your return.
After we’ve received and inspected your items, you will receive a credit accordingly.
Items will not be accepted if returned after 14 days or not in original condition. 

Defective Items:  We carefully check each item before shipping, but if you feel you’ve received a defective item, please contact us immediately. These instances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping:  You will be responsible for shipping costs on any returned items. We recommend that you get a tracking number when returning or exchanging items. Refunds will not be issued until we safely receive your return.  To begin the return/exchange process, please contact us.
